Music Therapy
Adults
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, low mood, relationship challenges, fertility issues, identity concerns, or feelings of being stuck. I have a particular interest in supporting creative professionals and those working in the music industry.
As an international touring session musician, I understand the unique demands of freelance and creative careers, including irregular schedules, touring, and performance pressures. Using a blend of therapeutic dialogue, creative methods, and music-based approaches, I help clients gain insight, build resilience, and move towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.
I provide person-centred music therapy, combining therapeutic conversation with music and sound to support emotional wellbeing and personal growth. No musical experience is needed. Sessions are tailored to you and may include music listening, songwriting, lyric analysis, relaxation, improvisation, and creative exploration in a safe, inclusive space.
I offer 50 minute online sessions or in-person sessions from my studio in Wiltshire. I am available weekdays and also offer evening slots.
Children and Young People with SEND/ SEMH
Alongside my adult clinical work, I support children and young people with complex needs, including those with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD). Drawing on my background in community music and Master's-level training in music therapy, I use multi-sensory, person-centred approaches to support communication, self-expression, relationships, and emotional wellbeing.
I am committed to creating inclusive spaces that reduce isolation, foster connection, and empower individuals to develop a greater sense of agency, choice, and confidence. Through music and creative exploration, I support clients to discover and develop their own creativity and musical identity while enhancing wellbeing.
